Return Policy

This policy explains returns for cooked food, cheesecakes, sauces, toppings, and other perishable products sold by The Govindji's Cafe.

No Return Of Perishable Food

Pizzas, cheesecakes, sauces, toppings, and cooked or prepared food items are perishable and made for immediate consumption. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been handed over, picked up, or delivered.

Wrong Or Damaged Order

If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or an order with a verified quality issue, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos where possible. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after review.

Reporting Window

Food quality, wrong item, or missing item concerns should be raised on the same day of pickup or delivery, preferably within 2 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds may not be available for taste preference differences, incorrect customer details, delayed collection by the customer, or food consumed after normal holding time.
