Cancellation Before Preparation

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible by phone or email with your order details.

Cancellation After Preparation

Because pizzas, cheesecakes, and add-ons are perishable food items, orders cannot usually be cancelled once preparation has started or the food has been dispatched.

Refunds And Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered for duplicate payments, failed order fulfilment, unavailable items after payment, or quality issues verified by The Govindji's Cafe. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
